SHIPPING
How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, usually within 48 hours. Most orders arrive domestically 2-4 business days after shipment (5-9 total business days from order), and most international orders arrive within 6-10 after shipment (9-15 days after order), but some countries may receive their orders later.
What shipping method do you use?
The Early Hours Clothing ships via USPS Priority Mail for most packages, and USPS First Class Mail for small orders of patches or pins.
Rugs ship via UPS ground service, generally arriving within the same time frame listed above.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic US shipping rates start at $5 for small orders. Most domestic orders ship for $10, and all orders over $50 ship for free in the USA.
International rates range between $5-15 USD. We have a currency converter at the top right corner of your screen to see prices in your native currency as well.
Where do you ship internationally?
The Early Hours ships to almost every country around the world. We regularly ship to Australia, Canada, the UK, and most of Western Europe every week, and have shipped occasionally to Russia, China, Japan, Argentina, Chile, and more.

Payment and Returns
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Yes, we certainly do. You can purchase them here.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
The Early Hours does not offer wholesale to other retailers at this time. Bulk pricing may be available, please contact earlyhoursco@gmail.com with your inquiry.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn apparel or unused accessories can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us at earlyhoursco@gmail.com.
Returns are only available for regularly priced items. Sale and discounted items are not available for return or refund. Returns from International orders outside of the USA may be subject to additional postage charges.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at earlyhoursco@gmail.com - international orders may be subject to additional postage charges.
